IMPORTANT INFORMATION – CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (the “Company” or “Conroy”) considers the well-being of shareholders, employees and participants to be a top priority. Based on the latest guidelines available from the Health Service Executive (“HSE”) in Ireland, we expect the AGM and EGM to take place on 22 December 2021 but under compelling circumstances.

In line with the measures advised by the HSE and the Irish Government’s recommendations on public gatherings, we have put in place a number of measures to minimize the risk of the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) during the AGM and the EGM and we encourage all shareholders, on this occasion, to complete and return their proxy forms as soon as possible to ensure that their vote is recorded at the AGM and EGM and to minimize the need for it. assist in these unprecedented circumstances.

Considering the seriousness of the circumstances and the health risks involved, the Directors will take all appropriate safety measures to ensure the safety of all participants and others involved in the AGM and EGM, including the restriction of participation in the AGM and the EGM, if deemed necessary or desirable. Conrad Dublin has certain procedures in place to ensure the location’s COVID security. These will require participants to provide proof of vaccination. Participants will also be required to wear a face cover at the entrance to Conrad Dublin and when traveling in the common areas of the venue.
